Product Description

This quality Pipe-type UHT is PLC controlled, with optional capacity from 3 t/hr to 20 t/hr. The whole system is automatically controlled in four units: Pre-sterilization, normal production, water recycling and CIP. With Technical requirement for acidic products and temperature control for water, sealed pre-sterilization system for ultra-high temperature water is equipped to ensure high efficiency. CIP and SIP are designed for the demand of cleaning and sterilization.

Main components are from world famous suppliers such as Alfa Laval, APV, SPRIRAX, SIMENS, and FESTO etc.

2. The controlling and adjusting of technological parameters

(1) The adjusting and controlling of sterilizing temperature: The machine is applicable to the material whose sterilizing temperature lower than 137º C and controlling precision is ± 1º C. The sterilizing temperature can be set according to the requirements. In terms of the set temperature, with the help of PLC, the device can adjust the relative parts to maintain the sterilizing temperate and controlling precision. With the brainpower inspection, the material which can't meet the required value will be refluent so that the pollution that the unqualified material to the asepisis section will be avoided, meanwhile, the machine can display the relative signal.

(2) The adjusting and controlling to the outlet material.

The operation unit adopts the SIMENTS touch type industrial display from Germany. The model is TP-170B
